Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a 30% late cancellation fee.
No Call, No Show: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notification will have their future bookings blocked. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Please note that those 10 minutes will be deducted from your treatment time. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment may be canceled, and you will be charged 30%
